Immediately Restore Your Smile with Teeth Tomorrow™

Widespread tooth loss can lead to pain, difficulty eating and speaking, and embarrassment. Implant-supported dentures and bridges have long been a trusted solution for this issue. In addition to these treatment options, Cosmetic Dentistry Institute is proud to provide patients Teeth Tomorrow, a treatment that attaches your restoration the same day your dental implants are placed. Drs. Craig Goldin, Marcy Goldin, and David Whalen have helped many patients enjoy immediate smile repair with unparalleled aesthetic results at our Troy, MI, office.

What Is Teeth Tomorrow?

Teeth Tomorrow is a modern innovation of implant-supported bridges and dentures. This technique relies on strategically placed dental implants to support a natural-looking prosthetic made of Prettau® Zirconia with as few as four posts.

Benefits of Teeth Tomorrow

This technique offers qualifying patients several advantages. Teeth Tomorrow is:

  • Cost-effective
  • Stable
  • Efficient
  • Graftless

Due to their angled placement, the posterior implants are able to provide the necessary support for your prosthesis even if you have suffered jawbone atrophy. Consequently, your doctor can place your temporary restoration immediately after surgery. You can leave your appointment with a complete and functional smile that you can take confidence in. Patients can enjoy a significant improvement in their quality of life that much sooner.

What to Expect

Prior to undergoing treatment, you must attend a consultation with one of our doctors. At this time, they will complete a thorough evaluation of your oral health to determine if you are a candidate for treatment.

Planning Your Treatment

One doctor holds an intraoral camera into a woman's mouth as another points at the readout on the monitor. At the Cosmetic Dentistry Institute, we have invested in state-of-the-art technology to provide patients with high-quality solutions. Because our office is equipped with i-CAT™and CEREC, we can take detailed 3-D images and digital impressions, alleviating discomfort and serving as the basis for an accurate dental template. We can also use these advanced tools to create a surgical guide which can be used during your implant surgery to ensure the utmost precision.

If you suffer from dental phobia or are nervous about your procedure, ask your doctor about sedation. We provide both intravenous (IV) and oral conscious methods to help you relax during treatment.

Cosmetic Dentistry Institute is proud to provide Teeth Tomorrow, which allows you to receive your restoration the same day your dental implants are placed.

The Procedure

While the Teeth Tomorrow procedure requires a great level of skill for lasting results, it is fairly straightforward. First, the doctor will make small incisions in the gums through which the implant posts will be placed. The incisions will then be sutured closed. Next, the doctor will attach your temporary prosthesis.

You will wear this denture appliance until the treatment area has fully healed. However, because it is securely attached to your implants, it will look, feel, and function like your real teeth. During the healing period, you can identify any adjustments that need to be made so that we can ensure the best fit and comfort for your finalized prosthesis.
